Since 1923, when we founded our first shipyard on the banks of the Waal River in Gendt, Netherlands, we have adhered to global standards and embraced technological advancements in the design and construction of ships for various purposes. In 2005, we expanded our operations into Southeast Europe by acquiring shipyard facilities in Serbia, which has strengthened our competitiveness in the market.
