VAHALI has a long and rich history in shipbuilding, beginning in 1923 on the banks of the River Waal in Gendt, Netherlands. The shipyard is named after this river, which dates back to the Roman Empire.
To remain competitive, VAHALI expanded its operations into Southeast Europe in 2005 by acquiring shipyard facilities in Serbia and opening a metal processing plant in Belgrade. In April 2013, after eight years of continuous growth, VAHALI took over an existing shipyard in Zasavica, near Mačvanska Mitrovica, close to Belgrade. Following extensive reconstruction, this shipyard became the largest and most important in the region. In 2023, VAHALI proudly celebrated 100 years of existence.
To provide our clients with high-quality services and products built to the latest global standards, we consistently improve our technology, knowledge, and expertise in shipbuilding while expanding our range of services.
Thanks to decades of experience, professionalism, and continuous innovation, VAHALI is highly regarded in the world of shipbuilding.
