We produce elements necessary for shipbuilding.

Our material cutting department works with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets, as well as profiled materials, to create components needed for vessel construction. We utilize advanced equipment and systems that ensure high-quality production and make the process easier. Additionally, these practices align with one of our main goals: preserving the environment.

The production process is divided into four main groups of tasks. First, it is essential to plan, prepare technically, and conduct quality control over the process, materials, delivery of manufactured elements, and documentation. The next step is cutting, which takes place on two separate lines: one for plate material and the other for profiled material.

The cut elements then proceed to finishing processes, which include beveling and grinding their edges, all in accordance with the provided blueprints. This preparation readies the elements for welding and painting. The final phase of the process involves complete packaging and on-time delivery to the designated location.
